Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer is an American performer and actress. Most notable is her time as a part of NBC's sketch comedy program Saturday Night Live. Seit then she has starred on sitcoms, including ABC's Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto as well as in the movie Mean Girls. She started her career as an Northwestern University voice student, however, she switched to theatre studies once she got part of the campus improv group. Her enthusiasm for comedy influenced her through several roles, including the submissive Sheila Shay in Suburgatory or the eccentric Karen Grisham on Lady Dynamite. Nena dela Reguera is her maternal grandmother. She was Miss Veracruz, a journalist as well as a TV host.
